Tetsans Research is an independent market intelligence and business publishing company. We aggregate, analyze, and summarize third-party marketplace data (including estimates from DataDive, Exploding Topics, Semrush, and public regulatory databases) for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing published by Tetsans Research, whether in our emails, blog posts, or paid 15-page Commercial Dossiers, constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or a recommendation to invest in any security, commodity, or business venture. When you purchase a $10 Commercial Dossier (PDF), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use the dossier for your own internal business research and product launches. You may not resell, republish, upload to public forums/Telegram/Discord groups, or distribute our PDF dossiers to third parties.
We price our 15-page Commercial Dossiers at a nominal $10 administrative fee to make institutional-grade research accessible to independent builders. Application Does Not Guarantee Acceptance: Submitting the Beehiiv Operator Cohort Survey places you on our priority review waitlist; it does not guarantee admission into a cohort.
Separate Cohort Terms: If you are accepted into a Guided Launch Cohort, enrollment, tuition, mentorship deliverables, and refund terms for that cohort will be governed by a separate enrollment agreement provided at the time of admission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TETSANS RESEARCH, ITS FOUNDERS, ANALYSTS, AFFILIATES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, INVENTORY LOSSES, AMAZON ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS, REGULATORY FINES, SUPPLIER DISPUTES, OR ADVERTISING LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR REPORTS, DATA, OR SERVICES.OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TETSANS RESEARCH IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $10.00 USD IF YOU HAVE ONLY USED OUR FREE SERVICES).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
